Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics and AI strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and goals.
- Lead the BI & Analytics Lead and Data Science & AI Lead, ensuring their work aligns with the overall analytics and AI strategy.
- Identify and prioritize analytics and AI opportunities to drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytics models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineers, and business units, to ensure the successful implementation of analytics and AI initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and impact of analytics and AI initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, privacy regulations, and industry standards in all analytics and AI activities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Communicate the strategic direction, progress, and outcomes of analytics and AI initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources for analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
