Job purpose:
The Job Holder is responsible to Lead Business Intelligence Team and Collaborate with all Stakeholders to complete the BI Cycle; determine the Business requirements, Fetch & gather data from Various sources, Validate Reliability, analyze, and compile data into reports and Dashboard to support the strategic business decision-making and management reporting.
Accountabilities:
- Propose controls, standards, policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness BI Function.
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Lead /Manage AI, ML, Big Data, BI, data analytics, and data warehouse solutions/projects.
- Gathers and Analyze business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources to ensure comprehensive Visualizations for effective decision making.
- Building comprehensive/centralized Datawarehouse and Departments Dashboards/KPIs
- Manage BI, data analytics, and data warehouse teams.
- Design and configure ETL, Data warehouse, analytical reporting solution, and ensure delivery of dashboards to the business user.
- Transform Business requirements into functional Data Warehouse design requirements, including the data warehouse data model (logical and physical)
- Collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders, including executives, to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Independently Analyze the Situations, diagnose the root-causes and develop & implement the solution to ensure that all immediate situations are responded on timely manners to avoid business risks.
- Keeps up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in BI, applying new knowledge to enhance processes and deliverables.
- Maintains effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer and Information Science
Professional Experience:
- More than 10 years of overall experience in IT Function preferably in Software Development
