Data Analytics Partner — Manager

Core mandate:

A commercially focused analytics partner who sits close to the business, understands what the brand needs, and uses data/analytics to solve business problems. This is not a pure data scientist or engineering role.

What you will do:

• Partner directly with business/brand stakeholders to understand challenges and identify where analytics can add value.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and the central AI/Analytics function.
• Conduct regular monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities across:
• Customer / CVM
• Merchandise
• Customer data and customer buying behaviour
• Commercial performance
• Personalisation / customer segmentation
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and recommendations.
• Use statistical/analytical techniques such as regression, predictive analysis and segmentation.
• Work with the analytics/data team in India to deliver more complex analysis and solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
