Role Overview

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business performance visibility through analytics, forecasting, and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to PepsiCo's commercial operations and decision-making processes in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and consolidate data to support accurate and reliable demand forecasts.
• Contribute to enhancing forecasting processes, methodologies, and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of business performance metrics.
• Support the development of dashboards, insights, and performance analytics to guide business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory management, or demand planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must meet HRDF Tamheer eligibility requirements.
