Data and Assessment Coordinator

The Data and Assessment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The professional will manage data systems, analyze student assessments, and support the development of effective instructional strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating evaluation processes, maintaining accurate records, generating reports for stakeholders, and supporting teachers with data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with administration teams to ensure alignment with curriculum and institutional goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal collaboration
• Background and expertise in Education, including understanding curricula and pedagogy
• Proficiency in training educators and staff on data collection and interpretation processes
• Experience in Research and data analysis
• Knowledge of Case Management and the ability to implement student-focused supportive services
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Data Analysis, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with New York State Common Core standards and/or similar international curricula is a plus
