Job Description – Senior Data & AI Lead/Data Architect

Location: Gurgaon - India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Lead/SR Data Architect to drive end-to-end data solutions and Gen AI programs for enterprise clients. This role will focus on solutioning, running large-scale AI pods, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data modernization/solutions initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization and Gen AI programs across clients
• Own solution design and execution for data platforms, analytics, and AI use cases
• Run and scale Gen AI pods, ensuring alignment across engineering, data science, and business teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating business problems into data/AI solutions
• Drive architecture discussions across modern data stacks (lakehouse, real-time, Gen AI integration)
• Ensure value realization by tying solutions to business KPIs and ROI
• Establish delivery governance, operating models, and best practices for AI programs
• Mentor junior team members and build high-performing pod structures
• Support pre-sales, solution pitches, and account growth strategies
• Keeps a track on latest trends and solutions modern data stack for clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12–18 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI consulting or delivery leadership roles
• Strong expertise in data modernization (cloud data platforms, pipelines, governance)
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI solutions (LLMs, copilots, RAG architectures, enterprise AI use cases)
• Proven experience in running large-scale delivery teams or pods
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Has executed and run enterprise level data solutions and architectures.
• Strong client engagement and executive communication skills
• Exposure to Data Quality frameworsk, Mesh, Fabric, Data Products, MDM, Governance and Marketplace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-wide data transformation programs
• B Tech/M Tech in Computers.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and data security
• Background in consulting firms or system integrators
