Senior Integration Architect / Technical Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect who will serve as the authoritative technical leader and trusted advisor for our client. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise integration platforms and operates as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating strategic objectives into scalable, compliant, and future-ready integration solutions.

This role will act as the senior offshore anchor, driving architecture, influencing client decisions, and establishing strong technical credibility across programs.

Key Responsibilities Define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems Lead solution design using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing architecture decisions and integration strategy Anchor and lead offshore integration teams across multiple initiatives, ensuring design and delivery excellence Collaborate closely with client architect teams to define scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions Lead architecture forums, design workshops, and technical steering committees, driving decision-making and governance Drive thought leadership, innovation, and POCs to modernize integration capabilities Establish and enforce integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks

Required Skills 12+ years of experience with strong focus on integration architecture and enterprise platforms Proven expertise in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment Strong experience in client-facing roles within offshore delivery models Experience supporting commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, CRM ecosystems) Excellent executive communication, influencing, and leadership skills Ability to drive architectural governance and handle complex, large-scale integration landscapes
