Estarta, in partnership with Cisco, is seeking skilled professionals to join Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization. Cisco CX delivers end-to-end lifecycle services for top global customers through advisory, integration, and managed services, with a strong focus on Managed Security Services. This role will contribute to Cisco Managed Services (CMS), a global unit dedicated to solving critical customer challenges and ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments.

Responsibilities:
- Network Services:
- Ensure high availability of network services in line with Managed Services SLAs and KPIs
- Manage incident response for network-related issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Execute change management processes to control network modifications with minimal risk and full traceability
- Implement proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance strategies to maintain network reliability and performance
- Datacenter Services:
- Maintain high availability and proactive operations in compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Apply and enforce a zero-outage change strategy, including MOP creation, review, execution, and post-implementation validation
- Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance to minimize risks and ensure optimal data center performance
