Job PurposeTo provide technical support to the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, designing data center solutions, and preparing technical proposals that ensure competitive, compliant, and customer-focused offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer requirements for Data Center projects and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and propose data center solutions including:
Power & UPS Systems
Cooling & HVAC Systems
Racks, Containment & Cabling
Fire Detection & Fire Suppression Systems
- Prepare Technical proposals and submittals
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and compliance sheets
- Support sales team during Client meetings and technical presentations
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal engineering teams
- Review preliminary layouts, drawings, and system architectures
- Respond to technical clarifications during bidding stages
- Stay updated with data center technologies, standards, and best practices
- Provide technical support during project handover when required
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 34 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Design for Data Center solutions
- Good knowledge of data center standards
