Oversee Data & Digital Procurement Services section, driving the development and implementation of data-driven procurement strategies and digital solutions through leveraging technology and analytics to enhance the procurement capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Data & Digital Procurement Services, aligned with the strategic objectives and procurement goals.
Lead a team of procurement professionals, data analysts, and digital experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of innovation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, IT, finance, and business units, to identify opportunities for leveraging data and digital technologies to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.
Drive the development and implementation of data analytics capabilities to support strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and procurement decision-making.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital procurement tools and platforms, such as e-procurement systems, supplier portals, and contract management software.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources in digital procurement initiatives.
Develop and implement governance policies, standards, and procedures for the management, security, and utilization of procurement data and digital assets.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data-driven procurement and digital transformation and incorporate them into the organization's procurement strategy.
Provide leadership and guidance on change management and organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption and integration of digital procurement solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
Min of 6-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, data analytics, or related field.
