Role- Data Engineer- Python
Work Location- Sharjah, UAE
Employment type- Contract- 12 months & extendable
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, scripts, and APIs
- Support REST API development, testing, and integration with backend systems
- Work with SQL and assist in basic data processing/ETL tasks
- Contribute to automation tasks (e.g., SSH-based operations) and debugging issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve code quality and system performance
Required Skills & Experience:
- 13 years of experience in Python development
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and databases
- Familiarity with Python frameworks (Flask/Django) and version control (Git)
- Understanding of data concepts (ETL, data pipelines) and willingness to learn cloud/tools
