Data Engineer/Analyst - Real Estate

We are looking for a Data Engineer/Analyst to support the management and analysis of Project Controls data, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting, for a semi-government real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review project controls data and reporting.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.

• Analyze project data and identify key insights and trends.

• Present complex data in a clear, structured, and visually engaging format.

• Support the Project Controls team with accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in Project Controls, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.

• Strong Power BI and data visualization skills.

• Excellent data management, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Real estate, construction, or large-scale development experience is preferred.
