Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines, ingestion processes, transformation jobs, and data storage structures. The role will be responsible for ensuring data availability, quality, performance, scalability, and integration across source and target platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in modern Azure data technologies with a practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Build reliable and scalable data processing workflows across source and target platforms.
• Develop and manage data storage structures to support analytical and operational requirements.
• Ensure data is consistently available, accurate, complete, and fit for purpose.
• Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Optimize pipelines and data processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support integration between different data sources, platforms, and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
• Contribute to data lake and modern cloud data architecture patterns.
• Follow established development, deployment, monitoring, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
