Your Role And Responsibilities
Build and maintain the data architecture for the Digital Assistant, ensuring its robustness and scalability.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets in an accessible, business-centric language.
Implement and manage tracking mechanisms for solution functionalities, enabling meaningful analysis of their performance.
Develop and maintain business reports for all solutions, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring ease of understanding and consumption by business users.
Provide valuable metrics and insights on the Digital Assistant's performance to stakeholders.
Drive data-driven product optimization by identifying and suggesting improvements based on historical data analysis.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science and/or data engineering within a corporate environment; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
Proven experience in data mining and data visualization.
Mandatory experience with PowerBI and Google Data Studio.
Prior experience with databases (NoSQL or Relational databases).
Ability to identify and translate business opportunities from data insights.
Demonstrated ability to derive actionable items from large and complex datasets.
Strong domain knowledge in data science principles and methodologies.
Experience with JIRA or similar work tracking tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in a query language (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
Google certification Cloud Database Engineer, Generative AI Leader, Data Engineer, Data Practitioner
Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an advantage.
Experience with Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Possess an analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
