Job Title: Data Engineer (ETL)

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong ETL experience and mandatory healthcare domain expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with analytics and business teams to ensure reliable data flow and high-quality datasets for reporting and decision-making in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for integrating healthcare data from multiple sources (EHR/EMR systems, claims, lab systems, etc.)
- Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand clinical and operational data requirements
- Automate data workflows and monitor pipeline performance
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL and database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Mandatory experience in the healthcare domain
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
