Data Engineer (IT & Digital Transformation)

Candidates with a Master of Science in Data Analytics or bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering . Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in Information Technology & Digital Transformation.

Assist the Group Head in conducting digital transformation need analysis to address evolving business and operational requirements.

Develop and deliver data engineering solutions that directly support the organization's Digital Transformation (DX) strategy and objectives.

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines handling large data volumes from plant operations and enterprise systems.

Implement and continuously optimize ETL processes to ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.

Support the establishment of a structured enterprise data foundation by defining appropriate tools, technologies, and data management processes.

Integrate and manage data across multiple digital systems to remove data silos and enable analytics, reporting, and informed decision‑making.

Manage and support data warehouses and data lakes to facilitate business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical specifications for data infrastructure and digital solutions.

Establish data governance standards to manage data access, security, quality, and regulatory compliance across enterprise data platforms.

Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver technical data solutions aligned with cross‑functional application needs.

Support DX project execution by preparing technical specifications and defining data requirements for vendor evaluation and selection.

Ability to efficiently manage Digital Transformation (DX) activities.

Strong focus on end‑user engagement and satisfaction.

Proven capability to deliver DX initiatives on time and within budget.

Ability to achieve measurable digital transformation outcomes.
