Job Description :

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows across banking applications, core systems, and external sources.
Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time streaming platforms to support advanced analytics and reporting.
Ensure data governance, lineage, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR, SAMA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Risk/Compliance teams to enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and BI dashboards.
Integrate structured and unstructured data from core banking systems, payment platforms, CRM, ERP, and digital channels.
Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement data security and access controls in alignment with bank security policies.
Support regulatory and compliance reporting by ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement proactive monitoring and incident response mechanisms.
Contribute to the data strategy and roadmap in line with the bank's digital transformation objectives.
