INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Enterprise AnalyticsCenter Of Excellencespecializes in Data Warehousing and managing large data sets across multiple systems. Based on variety of data the team provides detailed analysis and visibility on Aon's spend with 3rd Party, Real Estate, Travel, Expense, P2P MIS etc and also support globally on CBA, RFP, Pricing Models and evaluation of suppliers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Incumbent would be responsible for managing and overseeing consolidation and warehousing of large complex data from multiple sources and be required to carry out tasks related to data enrichment and validation. Working Near Real Time data and need to ensure all data transfers are successfully completed on a daily basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 5-7 years hands-on experience indeveloping Power BI and Tableau dashboards using multiple data sources within the DASP data Lake or other similar data visualization tools
• Good knowledge of Databricks, Power Platform, Microsites and Python.
• Working knowledge of Advanced Excel (dynamic graphs, 3 axis charts, Waterfall chart, etc.)
• Develop/Work with Engineering team on creating Databricks and SQL codes for daily data upload activity.
• Ensure daily and monthly tasks of large and multiple data gathering from various sources is carried on a timely manner. Data sources cover Workday, Oracle, Ariba Coupa, Amex, Expense etc.
• Evaluate completeness of data from all sources
• Ensure data from all sources should be warehoused in Data Analytics Services Platform (DASP) and in SQL where appropriate
• Ensure daily and monthly tasks on data Management and Data Enrichment is carried out on time. Validate data accuracy and process
• Identify key business metrics measurements and develop ways to represent data in support of measurements
• Provide support to projects that improve business, supplier spend and business performance. Use of Azure Dev Ops for Project Management is essential
• Provide information to stakeholders to help address their business questions
• Provide training to team members on use of data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
• Train new hires in a structured manner and review the team's work

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Use of Databricks and Python for data extraction and Warehousing
• Good to have knowledge on Python and R to enable Prescriptive Analysis and Forecasting
• Must have strong experience in Reporting & Analytics
• Must be strong in developing user friendly and interactive dashboards on Tableau, Microsites and Power Bi
• Should possess Excellent Communication and Strategic Thinking Skills
