Job Title: Data Entry & Customer Service Admin Specialist (Remote)

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry & Customer Service Admin Specialist to support both administrative data management and customer service operations in a fully remote environment. This role combines accurate data processing with direct customer interaction to ensure smooth operational workflows and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within CRM systems, databases, and internal platforms.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Process customer requests including orders, returns, refunds, billing inquiries, and account updates.

Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing transactions.

Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure proper recordkeeping.

Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Prepare routine administrative and performance reports for management review.

Monitor shared inboxes and ensure prompt routing of customer and operational communications.

Ensure compliance with company confidentiality standards and regional data protection regulations.

Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support roles.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting customers within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Experience working in a performance-driven or metrics-based environment.

Understanding of customer service best practices and operational workflows.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The position requires self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team environment. Regular online meetings and performance reviews will be conducted.
