Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure all Sales related documents (Sales Orders, SRV) are processed on timely basis.

Key Job Responsibilities include but not restricted to:

Key Performance Area 1: Customer Satisfaction

· To facilitate delivery of material to customers on time by processing Customer Orders promptly.

Key Performance Area 2: Business Performance

· Ensure all Sales Orders are processed on timely basis and with accuracy as per company policy

Key Performance Area 3: Professionalism

· Ensure all processed Customer Orders are filed & archived for easy retrieval.

· Ensure all delivered documents are upload in customer portal within two working days from date of receipt.

· To ensure Customer Orders are duly signed by authorized personnel and report discrepancies if any.

Key Performance Area 4: Leadership

· Proactively follow up with Sales Team/Head of Credit Control in case of disputable order terms and resolve the same to ensure all Customer Orders are processed on time.

· Ensure 100% all delivery documents received from the W/H are distributed to respective Sales Officer within two working days from day of receipt.

Qualifications: College Diploma

Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position
