Data Entry Clerk / Typist (Arabic & English)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk and Typist who is proficient in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data, as well as typing documents in both languages with high speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems
- Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence in Arabic and English
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and file digital and physical documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and typing)
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both languages
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in data entry or typing is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Experience with database management systems
- Good organizational and time-management skills
