Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Cum Document Controller to manage company documents, maintain accurate records, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience using ERP systems and strong knowledge of document control procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems for soft and hard copy documents.
- Ensure documents are correctly archived and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports, logs, and document tracking registers.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding document submissions and approvals.
- Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are distributed.
- Handle scanning, copying, and uploading of documents to the system.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company records and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data entry and document control.
- Experience in construction or engineering companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
