Printerpix is a fast-growing e-commerce brand making waves in the online photo printing and personalised gifting sector. We believe in being there for the milestones and the everyday, from a blanket printed with your family photos to a photobook full of your greatest moments, bringing joy is what we do best. Our team is expanding rapidly as we venture into new marketing channels and markets, and we're looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve ambitious goals. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where you can take on meaningful responsibility and accelerate your career progression.
Role Summary
As a Data Entry Executive at Printerpix, you will be the cornerstone of our operational efficiency, ensuring the precision and reliability of the critical data that drives our e-commerce platform. You'll contribute directly to maintaining a clean and robust data ecosystem essential for our rapid growth and seamless customer experience.
What You'll Build
- Your work will directly contribute to establishing and upholding the accuracy of our most vital datasets, including product catalogues, customer orders, inventory records, and operational metrics. You'll help us create streamlined data capture and validation workflows, making our processes more efficient and reducing downstream errors that impact customer satisfaction and financial reporting. Essentially, you'll be building the foundation of clean, reliable data that our marketing, operations, and finance teams depend on for strategic decision-making and smooth daily operations.
Your First 90 Days
- Week 1: Immerse yourself in Printerpix's core business and proprietary data entry systems. You'll meet your direct manager and key team members, familiarising yourself with our product data structure and order processing flows.
- Month 1: You'll take ownership of daily data entry tasks for a specific operational stream, such as updating product listings or processing incoming customer order details. Your focus will be on mastering our data validation protocols and achieving consistent accuracy rates, typically aiming for 99.5% from the outset.
- Month 3: You'll confidently manage a significant volume of data input, proactively identifying potential data inconsistencies or areas for process improvement. You'll begin to contribute to generating basic operational reports from the data you've managed, providing valuable insights to your team and solidifying your role as a reliable data steward.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 24 years of dedicated experience in a data entry or data management role.
- Data Accuracy: A meticulous and rigorous approach to every single data point. You don't just enter data; you ensure every record, from customer details to inventory levels, is 100% precise, understanding that even minor errors can significantly impact customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Advanced command of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data cleaning functions. You'll use Excel not just for entry but to prepare, manage, and analyse large datasets for system imports and reporting.
- Data Entry Software Experience: Proven experience with enterprise-grade data entry platforms. You'll quickly adapt to and leverage our bespoke systems, maximising their capabilities for efficient and compliant data capture.
- Attention to Detail: An almost obsessive focus on the smallest nuances. You consistently catch discrepancies, prevent errors, and ensure the integrity of our data before it creates broader issues in our fast-moving e-commerce environment.
- Data Validation Principles: A strong understanding of methodologies for validating data, implementing checks and balances to maintain high-quality datasets and proactively flag inconsistencies or missing information.
- Mathematics: Solid foundational mathematical skills for accurately processing numerical data, performing calculations, and reconciling figures such as inventory counts and sales data.
Nice-to-Have
- CRM Software Familiarity: Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to support the management of customer-related data and enhance overall customer service initiatives.
- SQL Basics: A foundational understanding of SQL for querying databases, extracting specific datasets, or assisting with advanced data integrity checks. This skill will prove highly valuable for your growth within our data team.
- Document Management Systems: Experience with DMS for organised storage, version control, and efficient retrieval of digital documents, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance.
- Basic Reporting: Demonstrated ability to generate simple reports or dashboards from raw data, translating figures into actionable insights for operational improvements.
Why This Role at Printerpix
Compensation: AED 3,600 3,700 per month base, with performance-linked earning potential.
The base salary reflects a junior entry point, but it does not reflect the ceiling. At Printerpix, we reward people who go beyond the brief. For a Data Entry Executive who consistently delivers exceptional accuracy, proactively identifies process improvements, and contributes to the efficiency and integrity of our data operations across our e-commerce platform, we have structured a performance commission model that recognises and rewards that impact directly.
As you demonstrate measurable contributions, whether through error reduction that protects revenue, process optimisations that improve throughput, or data quality improvements that directly support our marketing, operations, and finance teams, your total compensation grows accordingly. Individuals who perform at the highest level, which directly impacts profit margins, and develop into broader data management and reporting responsibilities have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $40-50,000 USD.
This is not a role for someone who clocks in, enters figures, and clocks out. It is for someone who understands that clean, precise data is the foundation on which a fast-scaling e-commerce business is built, and who wants to be rewarded in proportion to the value they protect and create.
