Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update property listings in the CRM system.
Maintain and organize client databases (buyers, sellers, investors).
Verify property details including prices, locations, availability, and specifications.
Coordinate with property consultants to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Upload property photos, descriptions, and documents to company platforms.
Generate regular reports for management (sales, inventory, leads).
Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies promptly.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry (real estate experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
Good typing speed and time management skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
