Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry-Level Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, data management, and performance tracking across regional teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in data analysis, business operations, and process improvement within a remote work environment. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate records, analyzing operational data, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational data within company databases and reporting systems.

Assist in collecting and organizing data from multiple internal sources.

Review datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Support monitoring of key performance indicators and service level metrics.

Assist in developing dashboards and data summaries to support business decisions.

Document processes and maintain updated operational guidelines.

Ensure compliance with company data protection and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization functions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Basic understanding of reporting concepts and performance metrics.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
