Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant to join our fully remote team. This role supports daily business operations through accurate data management, workflow coordination, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of balancing structured data tasks with operational support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Data Management
Accurately input, update, and maintain records within internal databases, spreadsheets, and management systems
Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to final submission
Conduct routine audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed
Maintain structured digital filing systems and documentation logs
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams
Operations Support
Assist with tracking project timelines, deliverables, and workflow progress
Support order processing, documentation review, and internal coordination
Monitor operational metrics and maintain performance tracking spreadsheets
Collaborate with departments to resolve data or process-related issues
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Administrative Coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Schedule meetings and maintain shared calendars as assigned
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain organized records of operational procedures and updates
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Follow company policies and data security standards
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Maintain adherence to documentation and compliance guidelines
Support quality control initiatives to improve data integrity
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations assistance
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and data management platforms
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
