Data Entry / SAP Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / SAP Operator with experience in the construction industry. The role involves accurate data entry, SAP system updates, and coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain project data in SAP (PRs, POs, GRNs, invoices, material movements, etc.)

- Update BOQs, material consumption, and stock records

- Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and project documentation in SAP

- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, QS, and accounts teams

- Generate SAP reports related to materials, costs, and project progress

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entered into the system

- Support audits by providing SAP data and documentation

- Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of project records.

Requirement:

- 2–5 years experience in data entry or SAP operations within the construction industry

- Hands-on experience with SAP.

- Good understanding of construction materials, BOQs, and site operations

- Preferably Immediate joiner.
