We are looking for a
Data Entry Specialist with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy
- Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents
- Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information
- Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections
- Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality
- Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus
Requirements
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45-50 words per minute) with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in data entry, banking, or onboarding is a plus
