Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, including entering and managing data into organizational systems with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, organizing information, performing data verification, and assisting with related administrative duties. Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient data flow and contributing to report preparation may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient typing skills and attention to detail to ensure fast and accurate data entry
• Strong computer literacy with experience using software tools, spreadsheets, and databases
• Effective communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
• Customer service experience and the ability to handle inquiries professionally and promptly
• Previous experience in administrative assistance and organizational tasks
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable time management skills
• Familiarity with the NGO or humanitarian sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field is a bonus
