Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Support Administrative Specialist (Remote) to support daily operations through accurate data entry and comprehensive administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Maintenance
Accurately input, update, and maintain records across company databases and platforms
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and resolve errors in a timely manner
Conduct routine quality checks and data audits
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to management and team members
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeeping
Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates
Operational & Workflow Coordination
Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in maintaining procedural documentation and process updates
Support internal teams with data and document requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or database management systems
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Previous remote work experience
