Job Summary:

detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Controller exclusively for
UAE Nationals. The role focuses on
accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is
organized, precise, and able to maintain up-to-date records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry, Customer Interaction & Technical Support
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Organize, control, and archive documents, ensuring proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
- Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
- Follow document control procedures and ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Identify and report missing, incorrect, or outdated information to supervisors for correction.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to documentation and data management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration, information management, or related field is a plus.
- 02 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
