Job Description Monitor data quality metrics and initiate corrective actions to address issues and improve data integrity. Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial data reporting standards. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance best practices. Participate in data lineage and meta-data management initiatives to enhance data trace ability and understanding. Contribute to the development of data governance tools and technologies to streamline processes. The Successful Applicant At least 6 years experience managing data governance operations within the Banking or Financial Services sector. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
