- onebank was established in 2020 as the company responsible for launching the 1st digital native bank in Egypt. The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.

• Role Purpose:

Spearhead product and growth analytics, analyzing customer journeys, digital products adoption, app. engagement funnels, and marketing campaign attribution to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.

• Responsible For:

Bank-wide Analytics: Acquisition, Engagement, Performance, Revenue, Customer, Risk, Operations.

• Requirements (Qualification & Skills):

1. Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in product analytics, marketing attribution, or consumer insights, preferably within digital banking, e-commerce, or top-tier telecom.
2. Education: B.Sc. in Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing Analytics, or Computer Science.
3. Mastery of SQL and analytical programming (Python or R) for behavioral segmentation. Deep familiarity with tracking events across digital interfaces (iOS, Android, Web App.) and setting up closed-loop attribution models.
4. Expert knowledge of cohort analysis, customer journey mapping, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion funnel optimization.
5. Exceptional commercial mindset, cross-functional agility to collaborate closely with growth marketing and product squads, and persuasive communication.
6. Demonstrated track record of optimizing customer conversion funnels or loyalty parameters using behavioral data extracted from digital channels.
7. Preferred: Experience with on-premise web/app event processing frameworks and integrating digital clickstream data with traditional core banking profiles.
