The ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including:
- Works closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system
- Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services
- Tracks, Measures, and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible
- Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information
- Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data
- Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department
- Conducts root cause analysis and comes up with corrective actions as required
- Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a performance culture
- Strong Statistical background
- Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework
- Intensive knowledge of Performance KPIs and Benchmarking
- Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail required
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage
