Job Title :BigID Platform Lead / Data Privacy Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BigID Platform Lead / Data Privacy Specialist to manage and optimize the BigID platform, drive data privacy and protection use cases, and ensure compliance with Saudi PDPL and SAMA frameworks within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BigID platform modules including data discovery, classification, policies, tagging, and correlation sets.
- Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operations of BigID and Usercentrics.
- Oversee scan operations, platform monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Implement privacy use cases: DSRs, consent management, PIAs/DPIAs, RoPA, data retention, and deletion.
- Drive data security use cases including access intelligence, risk assessment, remediation, and breach support.
- Integrate BigID with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Informatica, and security platforms.
- Support compliance activities aligned with Saudi PDPL, NDMO, NCA, and SAMA requirements.
- Conduct data flow mapping, maintain RoPA, and support ERM framework enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business, compliance, and technology teams and provide regular management reporting.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience with BigID or similar data privacy platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL and financial sector regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Experience integrating BigID with ServiceNow and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in Saudi banking or regulated financial environments preferred
