Security SME Physical & Data Security

Role Purpose

The Security SME is responsible for supporting physical security technologies and ensuring adherence to data protection and security best practices across Smart City and City Security platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Support and operate physical security systems including surveillance and access control platforms

Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures

Support investigation and resolution of security incidents

Coordinate with operations teams during security-related events

Assist in maintaining secure configurations, access controls, and audit readiness

Support security documentation and reporting

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security or security operations roles

Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and monitoring systems

Knowledge of data protection frameworks and security governance

Strong incident response and coordination skills

Security-related certifications preferred
