Purpose:
Protect company data throughout its lifecycle by applying security controls, monitoring usage, and preventing data-related risks. Ensure sensitive and confidential data is encrypted, backed up securely, and handled according to policies and regulations. Work with IT and business teams to embed secure practices and support audits and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage data protection solutions (PKI, CLM).
- Monitor certificate creation and lifecycle.
- Configure encryption for data at rest and in transit.
- Support secure backup and recovery.
- Perform key ceremonies and maintain physical security for encryption systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Maintain documentation and support audits.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams on data security.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems.
- Experience: 35 years in data security or compliance environments.
