Overview
This role will lead data sustain activities and processes making sure that the data is always complete and in good quality, ensure proper data standards. Solve asap all the data issues with involved parties, guide involved parties/stakeholders towards resolution. Acts as the data management expert and the primary point of contact for the Key Users community of the countries using the Prolink solution, providing day to day support, managing periodical training and trubelshooting issues raised by the planners
Responsibilities
- Accountable for SC Data Quality KPIs in ESSA (currently 95-98 %) Monitor ESSA Data Quality results: this includes interface monitoring (Dataload Diagnostic tool), measuring live data vs. predefined quality rules (Global Data Quality tool) and facilitating the Product Hierarchy Harmonization process (LRDM - Lookup Reference Data Management)
- Monitor Prolink data quality results from both JDA (Data Error Handling Tool) and the source systems (Global Data quality tool). Follow up with the MUs on the gaps mitigations
- Act as the key user of GDQ tool, maintain exception list within the tool based on the data supplied by the markets
- Improve existing DQ solutions through the development of new Data Quality checks
- Lead/Support defect fixing on JDA Data issues
- LDRM error solving. Creation of the files to upload to Teradata, management and tracking of the data in Teradata.
- Creation and modification of necessary locations and mappings in JDA along with their configuration in Teradata
- Update/Maintain key documents on data processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of experience in the required field, min 3-5 years Business experience
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Excellent computer skills: Proficient in Excel, MS Access, SQL scripts, Power BI is a must.
- Knowledge on other tools, databases, ERPs is an asset, e.g. Knime, Alteryx, UI Path, Teradata, Oracle, SAP is a plus.
- Good Supply Chain knowledge is a must.
