Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data & Reporting Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and managing data to create comprehensive reports and meaningful insights for business decision-making. The analyst will support the company in identifying trends, evaluating business performance, and presenting findings to key stakeholders through clear communication. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, and Data Management.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting and simplifying complex data sets.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with data visualisation tools and reporting software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare (RCM) revenue cycle operations would be a plus.
