Job Mission:

Deliver scalable agentic AI and automation solutions for pharmaceutical operations by architecting end-to-end systems, integrating advanced frameworks, and conducting applied research to ensure performance, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement robust end-to-end AI and automation solutions tailored to

complex pharmaceutical business needs.

- Research, compare, and evaluate multiple AI/ML approaches to solve specific business

and scientific problems.

- Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems that automate knowledge work and

operational workflowsleveraging tools like OpenAI Agents SDK, n8n AI Agent

nodes, and Perplexity's APIs; select the right framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI,

AutoGen/Microsoft Agent Framework) for each use case.

- Integrate agents with internal and external tools using the Model Context Protocol

(MCP); build/extend MCP servers to safely connect agents to data sources, SaaS, and

developer tools.

- Do applied research & comparative studies: quickly run literature/tooling reviews,

benchmark options, present trade-off analyses, and implement the most performant and

compliant solution.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced automation development.

- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, reinforcement learning, and data

science methodologies.

- Expert in Python, modern software engineering practices, and database technologies

(SQL/NoSQL).

- Strong knowledge and practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI agent

design.

- Modern AI stack expertise: LLMs (prompting, tool-use, function-calling), OpenAI

Agents SDK, n8n AI Agent, and at least one agent framework (LangGraph /

LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen).

- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like n8n, Airflow, or Prefect.

- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Perplexity, AWS AI/ML services, Google AI

(Gemini), and LangChain.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.

- Ability to present research, benchmark models, and recommend data-driven strategies.
