About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and talented Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will work on challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models for various banking applications
  • Conduct focused data exploration and analysis to support model development
  • Assist in the deployment and testing of machine learning models
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

  • Required Skills:
    • 0-2 years of experience in Data Science or a related field
    • Excellent understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
    • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, NumPy)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in an agile, hybrid team environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant experience in the financial industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools
