Are you passionate about turning complex data into strategic business decisions We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Data Scientist – Commercial Analytics & Insights to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, pricing optimization, customer insights, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own a comprehensive Commercial Analytics Engine that integrates pricing, customer, operational, and financial data.
• Develop pricing and revenue optimization models to support commercial strategies and business growth.
• Analyze customer behavior, retention, utilization, and lifetime value to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build predictive models, simulations, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Create interactive dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Automate reporting and analytics processes to enhance efficiency and business visibility.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Data Science, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or related analytical roles.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience linking commercial and operational KPIs to financial performance and profitability.
• Exposure to cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Strong expertise in:

• Python or R
• SQL
• Power BI or Tableau
• Statistical and predictive modeling
• Revenue and pricing analytics
