Lead a team to execute and deliver digital and AI projects from scouting to deployment.
Identify and carry out studies to find potential advanced analytics use cases.
Analyze business problems and determine the appropriate machine learning task (e.g., classification, regression, forecasting).
Select and apply relevant Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., Decision Trees, Neural Networks, Deep Learning).
Build and deploy predictive models to address business needs.
Manage materials&apos master data on SAP and project status reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: A Bachelor&aposs degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. An advanced degree focused on machine learning or AI is desirable.
Experience:
Expertise in Statistics, Machine Learning, Time Series, Deep Learning, and NLP.
Strong knowledge of Python, APIs, and machine learning frameworks is a must.
Experience with building and deploying predictive models and advanced analytics solutions in upstream and downstream processes is desirable.
Knowledge of plant automation systems, real-time interfaces (OPC), and process historians (PI).
Experience with identifying new analytics use cases and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
