Role Description This is a contract, on-site Data Scientist role based in Riyadh. The Data Scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, and build statistical and machine learning models that support business decisions and digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing experiments, performing exploratory data analysis, creating dashboards and visual reports, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with engineers and product teams to deploy analytical solutions, monitoring model performance, and recommending improvements to data pipelines and decision processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments and build predictive models.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for extracting insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and practices for creating clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and ETL processes, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's in Data Science or equivalent; Responsible AI/SDAIA training; minimum 3 years, including experience with the relevant domain data.
