ROLE SUMMARY
The Data Scientist will support analytics and data science initiatives across Customer Solutions use cases such as personalization, marketing effectiveness, and fintech/fraud. The role involves data preparation, analysis, feature engineering, experimentation, and supporting ML models in production. Working closely with senior data scientists and cross‑functional teams, the role contributes to customer‑focused, commercially driven data solutions.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support analytics and data science initiatives across Customer Solutions use cases including personalization, marketing effectiveness, and fintech/fraud
- Perform data preparation, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering using Python and SQL
- Continuously learn modern data science tools, techniques, and best practices while supporting customer‑focused solutions
- Support monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking of models and experiments in production
- Work closely with senior data scientists to document workflows, models, and analytical outputs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to understand data and business requirements
- Contribute to A/B testing design, analysis, and interpretation of results
- Assist in building, testing, and evaluating machine learning and analytical models
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related technical discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related analytical role, with strong fresh graduates considered
- Strong foundation in Python for data analysis and SQL for querying and analysing datasets
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and analytical techniques
- Exposure or willingness to learn tools and concepts such as ML libraries, experimentation, cloud platforms, or data visualization
