Data Scientist

We're partnering with a leading enterprise in Dubai to scale their data and AI capabilities, and we're looking for a hands-on Data Scientist specialising in Semantic Modeling and AI Enablement.

This isn't just about traditional reporting. We're looking for someone who can architect robust semantic layers, define business data products, and structure complex enterprise data for autonomous AI agents, RAG, and GenAI applications.

• Design and develop enterprise semantic data layers and data products for AI and analytics
• Define and standardise business KPIs, metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and glossaries
• Develop performant SQL-based semantic views and reusable data assets using Databricks and PySpark
• Support AI initiatives by enabling structured, context-rich data consumption for GenAI and Agentic AI Integrate semantic models with enterprise data platforms and Oracle databases
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable models

We're keen to speak with professionals who have experience delivering:

• 8+ years in semantic, dimensional, and relational data modelling
• Hands-on development with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and enterprise platforms Data layers built specifically for AI agents, RAG, and advanced analytics
• Data Mesh and Data Product operating models
• Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) background preferred
