We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent FMCG company based in Jeddah, known for its commitment to excellence, quality products, and innovation.
Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data science can provide valuable insights.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models, focusing on forecasting, demand planning, and optimization.
- Modernize existing platforms and processes to enhance data accessibility, quality, and usability.
- Utilize your expertise in cloud services (Azure) to design and implement scalable data solutions.
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying current with the latest trends and technologies in data science and related fields.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in data science, with a focus on SAP SAC, forecasting, and cloud services (Azure).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
