Data Scientist/ML Engineer

We're looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer

We're expanding our data science team to tackle complex analytics and automation challenges. This isn't a role where you just train models in a vacuum. We need someone who can sit down with business teams, understand their workflows and build production grade solutions that actually solve their problems.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to find high value opportunities and turning them into clear analytics projects.
• Taking ownership of the entire process from cleaning data, prototyping, testing to shipping models.
• Setting up robust MLOps practices so our models stay stable, monitored, and optimized in production.
• Helping team members grow their technical skills and consulting approach.

What we're looking for:

• 3 to 10 years of experience (with at least 2 years focused specifically on ML/Data Science), backed by a quantitative degree (CS, Math, Engineering, etc.) preferred.
• Solid experience with traditional ML, boosting algorithms, time-series forecasting, and computer vision.
• Practical understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestrators like LangGraph, Promptflow, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong Python skills, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API development (REST/gRPC). You should be comfortable with MLOps tools (like MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying on cloud infrastructure with a good grasp of enterprise governance, IAM, and secure engineering.
