Job Details:
Role: Senior Data warehouse Consultant
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type- Contract -6 months & extendable
Job responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Develop and manage data transformations using dbt, ensuring version control, testing, and documentation
- Architect high‑performance data models (Star / Snowflake schemas) in Snowflake, aligned with Medallion Architecture
- Build executive‑level Power BI dashboards, converting complex KPIs into clear, impactful visual insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to validate data accuracy and align technical delivery with business objectives
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF): Pipelines, linked services, integration runtimes
- DBT: Models, macros, snapshots, and testing frameworks
- Snowflake: Data modeling, performance tuning, Snowpipe, data optimization
- Power BI: Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), Row‑Level Security (RLS)
- Strong SQL (advanced analytical queries) and Python
- Deep expertise in Dimensional Data Modeling (Kimball / Inmon)
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics and Azure cloud ecosystem
- 3+ years working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade Power BI dashboards
