We are looking for a Database administrator, IT support and digital marketing specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our internal database, overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, providing internal IT support, and developing digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
-Manage and maintain the internal database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
-Ensure that all business-critical data is secure, easily accessible, and organized.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
-Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
-Monitor and grow social media presence, ensuring that content resonates with the target audience and contributes to business growth.
-Develop email marketing campaigns, including creating content, managing distribution, and analyzing results.
IT Support and Infrastructure:
-Provide internal IT support to employees, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
-Oversee and manage the organization's telecom systems, ensuring the best solutions are in place.
-Ensure the business has the best possible IT and telecom solutions to enhance productivity and communication.
Website Management:
-Regularly update and maintain the company website content, ensuring that it is current, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and digital marketing roles.
-Strong experience in database management, IT support, and web content management.
-Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing platforms.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
-Highly organized with an eye for detail.
-A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
-Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
